Eaton is seeking a FAB Senior Copper Machine Operator for the WKND Shift at our Arden, NC location. The hourly rate is $24.00 per hour, with a general guideline salary note provided in the posting.

The role focuses on fabrication operations using metal-processing machinery and requires reading calipers, blueprints, and related instruments. Responsibilities include setup, operation, inspection, TPM/5S+, and on-the-job training for new Operators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience reading calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Arden, NC facility.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment to produce parts.
• Perform setup for PLC-, analog-, or manually controlled machines.
• Interpret work orders and drawings; maintain documentation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for continuous operation; perform TPM and 5S+.
• Provide on-the-job training for new Operators.
