Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking an ATS Assembler III - Copper Installer for a weekend shift in North Carolina. You will assemble copper components, fabricate layouts, and install wiring per diagrams to meet engineering specs and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, the ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail. Prior copper fabrication or electrical assembly experience is preferred; overtime and lifting up to 35 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred copper fabrication or electrical assembly experience.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair copper layouts and related components.
• Fabricate copper layouts and install wiring per diagrams.
• Ensure copper connections meet bracing specs and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical clearances throughout assembly.
• Wire electrical devices according to BOMs and schematics.
• Perform visual and functional inspections for quality.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and participate in overtime as needed.
