Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior COP Manager (Task Lead) to support USSOCOM at MacDill AFB. You will operate C2 systems, manage a 24/7 watch team, and synchronize data across theater networks to ensure timely COP execution.

The role requires 10+ years of GCCS experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and deep knowledge of Joint C2, data links, RBMF, and cross-domain solutions. You will guide integrations, training, and operation of mission-critical COP systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of GCCS experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Senior COP management and C2 systems knowledge.
• Experience with Joint Data Links (TDLs) and cross-domain solutions.
• Ability to brief senior leaders on complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall task order management including cost, schedule, and performance.
• Maintain knowledge of GCCS FoS, Maven Smart System, MCS COP, and related C2 apps.
• Serve as SME COP Manager on a 24/7 watch team coordinating theater data.
• Coordinate COP across multiple US/coalition networks and respond to high-priority tasks.
• Implement COP architectures for exercises and real-world operations; integrate sensor data.
• Provide operational support for Battlespace Situational Awareness and data links.
• Develop and evaluate training procedures and COP-related publications.
