Job summary

BlueWater Federal is seeking a Jr COP Manager to support USSOCOM at MacDill AFB. You will operate C2 systems and use situational awareness tools to manage the COP. This role requires 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm) and GCCS FoS, Maven Smart System, and MCS COP experience.

You will coordinate theater joint tracking across US and Coalition networks, supporting C2 operations and contingencies. You will join a watch team providing data integration, operational support, and training in Battlespace Awareness

Qualifications

• GCCS FoS, Maven Smart System, MCS COP, and other C2 applications familiarity.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Knowledge of Joint Operations, Joint C2 systems, and Tactical Data Links (TDLs).
• Familiarity with cross-domain solutions and information sharing.
• Ability to present to senior U.S. and Coalition defense members.
• Understanding RMF cybersecurity requirements and cross-domain solutions.
• Willingness to travel to partner countries for C2 engagements.
• SharePoint and TMT familiarity preferred.
• Experience training military communications, C2, and situational awareness systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of GCCS FoS, Maven Smart System, MCS COP and other C2 apps.
• Operate as entry-level COP Manager on a 24/7 watch team, directing track/data coordination and theater COP database.
• Manage COP across US and Coalition networks; respond to high-priority tasking including C2 product development.
• Implement COP architectures to support exercises and real-world JTF operations; integrate sensor data from CCS and external sources.
• Provide operational/technical support for Battlespace Situational Awareness and coordinate data link interfaces with CCS.
• Develop and evaluate operations, maintenance, and training procedures for COP directives, TTPs, and COP messaging.
