Job summary

BlueWater Federal is seeking a COP Manager to support USSOCOM at MacDill AFB. The role involves operating C2 systems and coordinating theater COP activities within a 24/7 watch team. DoD-level experience with GCCS, MCS COP, and related tools is essential.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, experience with Joint C2, and the ability to travel to partner nations as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years GCCS experience and 3+ years supporting COP Watch Teams in operational environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Knowledge of Joint Operations, Joint C2 systems, TDLS, and CDS.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and training tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of GCCS FoS, Maven Smart System, MCS COP and other C2 applications.
• Perform as a mid-level COP Manager on a 24/7 watch team coordinating theater joint track/data and managing the COP database.
• Manage COP across US and Coalition networks and respond to high priority tasking including C2 product development.
• Implement and operate COP architectures to support exercises and real-world JTF operations and integrate sensor data from COP sites.
• Provide operational and technical support of Battlespace Situational Awareness data and coordinate data links with CCS.
• Develop and implement training and procedures across COP directives, RMF, and cross-domain solutions.
