About the team: The team is dedicated to managing Walmart’s shopping cart retrieval and recovery programs, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with city regulations. They collaborate closely with stores, market leadership, vendors, Asset Protection, and city officials to coordinate asset management and minimize losses. The team focuses on monitoring performance, resolving escalations, supporting regulatory efforts, and driving continuous improvements. By managing cross-functional projects and maintaining clear communication, the team ensures high service levels and effective support across the enterprise, contributing to seamless operations and enhanced customer experience nationwide.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
