Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator in Dublin, OH to plan, organize, and lead consumer health product and solutions marketing implementations. You will partner with sales, customers and internal teams to deliver program commitments and drive consistent best practices.

Key responsibilities include managing the department mailbox, producing leadership briefs, and organizing regional conferences to promote programs and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-6 years of work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations of the department Group Mailbox (GMB).
• Respond to inbox inquiries promptly and catalog answers for future use.
• Maintain reporting on inbox volumes, timings and opportunities by theme.
• Prepare and deliver leadership briefs and feedback loops.
• Promote Consumer Health products and programs to internal and external customers.
• Provide monthly reporting as needed and conduct monthly customer calls.
• Collaborate with Regional/National pharmacy chains to implement products and programs.
• Track sales and product data; coordinate with Consumer Health, National/Independent Sales, and stakeholders.
