Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, marketing communications, or related functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Web, Product, and Commercial teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing and business operations initiatives.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain SOPs, project documentation, and process controls.
• Coordinate content reviews, website updates, and product launch activities.
• Collect, organize, and report data to support operations and strategic projects.
• Communicate status updates and provide issue resolution and project support.
• Work with multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
• Provide additional project management and administrative support as needed.
