Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Community Engagement to coordinate activations with community partners in key markets of commercial focus.

The role builds the Delta brand through brand placement and employee and customer engagement across communities. You will coordinate large and small events, collaborate with CE team, nonprofit partners, and commercial and operational teams to maximize hospitality opportunities and employee involvement in local markets.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activations for employee involvement in markets of focus.
• Manage event development and execution including partner communication, volunteer recruitment, volunteer communication, event management, reporting.
• Work with other CE team members to ensure consistency among partners in key markets.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to leverage brand placement and hospitality opportunities.
• Provide support for local leaders in the selected communities (speaking engagements, events, employee outreach).
• Support the CE team with partner and employee requests, annual projects and other requests.
