Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Coolers Superintendent in Colorado to manage the Cooler and Grading operations, ensuring production meets objectives safely and efficiently. You will lead a team to optimize output while maintaining a safe work environment.

This role requires directing Supervisors in Coolers, coordinating production, sanitation, and quality programs, and upholding USDA and OSHA standards with a focus on process improvement and cost-conscious leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience managing employees.
• Bi-lingual preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage Coolers and Hot Boxes operations to meet objectives.
• Develop and drive a safety culture in the department.
• Coordinate production, maintenance and sanitation for daily needs.
• Direct Supervisors in Coolers and drive productivity.
• Ensure USDA, OSHA and company standards compliance.
