The candidate will drive retention goals, ensure compliance with USDA/OSHA standards, and actively monitor cost controls while maintaining a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Past experience in managing employees.
• Bi-lingual preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Coolers and Hot Boxes operations.
• Build and lead a team of hourly and management staff.
• Direct Supervisors and drive a safety culture in the department.
• Develop retention plans and meet retention goals.
• Ensure USDA/OSHA and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate production, sanitation, maintenance, and quality.
