You will lead a team of Supervisors and hourly staff, drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and ensure USDA and OSHA standards are followed.

This role emphasizes cost control, teamwork, and strong leadership in a meat processing facility.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Past experience in managing employees.
• Bi-lingual preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cooler and Grading operations to meet production objectives.
• Develop a safety culture and ensure USDA/OSHA standards.
• Direct Supervisors and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
