Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a warehouse, cooler, distribution, production, logistics, or related environment with supervisory experience.
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate department activities in a safe, organized, and sanitary environment compliant with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate load-out schedules with in-house distribution and outside contractors for timely and accurate product handling.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving with all departments to maximize efficiency and minimize customer service issues.
• Ensure procedures for production efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Monitor inventory in the cooler and prepare storage systems for physical inventories; ensure accurate records.
