Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques for food preparation.
• Working knowledge of food preparation principles for young children.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion foods appropriately.
• Experience in general kitchen maintenance.
• Knowledge of temperature requirements for food safety.
• Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely.
• Basic computer skills to utilize email and create charts.
