Eurest USA is hiring a Senior Cook at The Cloisters on the Platte in Gretna, NE. This full-time position requires a minimum of four years of professional cooking experience and the ability to work weekends, including AM or PM shifts and occasional events. Online applications are accepted only.

The pay range is $22.50–$25.00 per hour. You will prepare meals following established recipes, ensure safety standards, and maintain equipment and records as part of a team in a corporate dining

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional cooking experience.
• Must be team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations.
• Maintains daily production records and completes required documentation.
• Assists in cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
