Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Cook at The Cloisters on the Platte in Gretna, NE. The role requires 7-10 years of professional culinary experience and ServSafe certification. Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, with hours varying and full-time status.

You will prepare entrées, supervise cooking activities, clean equipment, and follow HACCP and health regulations. The position offers training and a referral bonus; applications are accepted ongoing until filled.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional culinary experience and ServSafe required.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Ability to work a Wednesday-Sunday full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cooking activities of food service staff as assigned.
• Prepare various entrées and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use and perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items per policy; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
