Eurest is seeking a full-time Catering Attendant for The Cloisters on the Platte in Gretna, NE. The schedule is Wednesday–Sunday with additional events and on-the-job training provided. Prior catering or food service experience is preferred, and a valid food handler permit may be required by state law.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and catering experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans venue and returns items to storage after events.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products on hand.
