Sodexo is seeking a Senior Cook in Texas to join our team. You will prepare nutritious dishes, maintain customer service focus, and contribute to reducing food waste while delivering high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturing of a healthy/safe working environment.
• Able to follow complex recipes and production directions and oversee staff occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and events.
• Follow recipes and produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May supervise production staff and assign tasks during shifts.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and perform other duties as needed.
