Job summary

Eurest in Mason, OH is hiring a full-time Senior Cook to prepare nutritious, flavorful meals in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards.

You may oversee cooking activities, prepare entrees from established recipes, operate and clean equipment, label and store food, and follow HACCP guidelines to ensure safety and quality. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 5:00 am–3:00 pm; pay range is $19.00–$21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum food service experience required.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and cross-training of staff.
