TouchPoint Support Services in Broken Arrow, OK is hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Cook. The role prepares nutritious, flavorful meals in line with federal, state, local and company standards.

You may oversee cooking activities and run daily production in a fast-paced hospital dining environment. The position requires prior cooking and food prep experience, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking and food prep experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
