Sodexo is seeking a Senior Cook at our Fargo location to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals with a strong emphasis on service. You’ll work weekdays morning shifts, preparing a variety of hot and cold items and supporting the production team.

You’ll follow complex recipes, maintain food safety standards, and help reduce waste while engaging with customers and contributing to a positive kitchen environment. 4+ years of related experience preferred.

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follows complex recipes and/or product directions; produces small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May oversee production staff, train and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and reliably.
