Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
• Label, date, and store food; maintain organized storage of dry goods and perishables.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and required logs.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
