Compass Group USA through Flik Hospitality is seeking a Senior Cook for a full-time position at our Malvern, PA site. You will prepare high-volume catering meals while upholding safety and quality standards; upscale catering experience is preferred.

Role requires a flexible schedule (Mon–Fri) based on business needs. Competitive hourly pay and benefits include free meals and uniforms. Online applications are accepted only.

Competenze

• Minimum high-volume catering experience required.
• Upscale catering experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule required, Monday–Friday as needed.

Mansioni

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use and perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized dry and cold storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
