Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Malvern, PA is hiring immediately for a full-time COOK. Location: 300 Admiral Nelson Drive, Malvern, PA 19355. Schedule: Monday through Friday; hours may vary. You will prepare high-quality food to standardized recipes, ensure proper temperatures and presentation, assist with ordering, and maintain HACCP standards.

Previous 1 year cooking experience preferred. Pay range is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Free meals and uniforms are provided at select locations.

Previous 1 year of cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting standards, ensuring proper temperature and attractive presentation.
Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat; stores or discards excess food per standards.
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
Maintains HACCP standards and proper serving temperatures.
