Responsibilities

• Prepares high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary standards in the kitchen; stores or discards excess food properly.
• Assists with ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Keeps equipment and work areas safe and organized; reports maintenance needs to supervisor.
