Job Title: Senior Cook

Pay Range: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Purpose: Prepare nutritious and flavorful food following standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and organize food items properly.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist in employee cross-training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
