Job description

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time SENIOR COOK positions.

Location: Children's of San Antonio - 333 North Santa Rosa, San Antonio, TX 78208. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary experience required.

Pay Range: $14.00 per hour to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares nutritious and flavorful food according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Oversee cooking activities as assigned.
  2. Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
  3. Operate and clean equipment after use.
  4. Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
  5. Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
  6. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
  7. Assist in maintaining production records and documentation.
  8. Cross-train employees.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
