Job Opportunity: Senior Cook at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Cook position at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills, located at 11212 State Highway 151, San Antonio, TX 7851. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time hours, including weekends. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview.

Pay Range: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned
• Prepare various menu items following recipes
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment
• Store and label food items properly
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety
• Maintain sanitation and health regulations
• Assist in record-keeping and documentation
• Support cross-training of staff
• Perform additional duties as needed
