Compass Group USA's Bon Appétit division is hiring a full-time chef to prepare nutritious, well-flavored dishes aligned with federal, state, local and company standards. You will work Monday–Friday with potential weekend and evening hours, and must bring two to three years of culinary experience.

The role emphasizes from-scratch cooking with fresh, local ingredients, HACCP compliance, and accurate production records.

Responsibilities

• May oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment; performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels, and dates food items per policy and maintains storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
