Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Cook at Ascension St John Jenks, 3029 West Main Street, Jenks, OK 74037. The schedule is 10:30 am–7:00 pm, days may vary; online applications are accepted. Previous cooking experience is preferred.

As part of TouchPoint, you will prepare high-quality meals according to recipes, ensure proper temperatures and presentation, assist with inventory and orders, keep the kitchen clean, and support the team in delivering excellent patient and guest hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to comply with HACCP and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by ensuring correct portioning and serving temperatures; maintains food quality and appearance.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and ordering of food and supplies.
• Reports needed maintenance or faulty equipment to supervisor; participates in safety meetings.
