Job summary

Compass Group USA, through its CulinArt Sector, is hiring a Senior Cook for a full-time role in Coventry, PA (Fort Washington area). The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Previous cooking, food safety, customer service, and sanitation experience are required, and online applications are accepted only. You will prepare food to standards, oversee cooking activities, follow HACCP guidelines, and maintain records.

• Ability to follow HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use; performs scheduled routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy; maintains organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Maintains accurate daily production records and completes required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Assists in cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
