You will supervise kitchen staff, assist with menu planning, manage inventory, and support tray line service. The position offers competitive hourly pay and state benefits.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of food values and nutrition for special diets
• Supervisory practices in a kitchen
• Sanitation and safety in food handling
• Experience training others in food preparation
• Ability to read and follow recipes and menus
• Calculating volume measurements in cooking

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals including special diets with focus on quality, safety and flavor
• Supervise kitchen staff and assign tasks
• Assist with tray line service for timely meal delivery
• Help plan menus, manage inventory and assist with purchasing
• Inspect deliveries, rotate stock and update diet cards
• Wash and sanitize kitchen dishes and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned
