Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Conversion Manager to lead the transition of new business to SchwabPlan®. This client-facing role requires delivering high-quality implementations on time and building long-lasting client relationships.

You will chair cross-functional teams, create conversion plans, run weekly status calls, and ensure operational readiness across plan services. Strong communication, project leadership, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this on-site,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services/record keeping with a concentration in Defined Contribution Plan Services
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including with all levels of management
• Strong customer focus, with the ability to think from the customer's perspective and expectations
• Works autonomously while motivating and inspiring others to achieve team goals and client satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Takes initiative in new or challenging situations
• Manages multiple competing priorities effectively
• An inquisitive, collaborative mindset that seeks process improvement opportunities and proactively resolves problems through partnership

Responsabilités

• Provide project leadership for a cross-functional team of conversion or implementation professionals
• Creation of a conversion project plan to facilitate the conversion or implementation process and identify tasks of all relevant parties in conversion
• Run weekly conversion status update calls to review the project plan and make appropriate and meaningful decisions to keep the project on task
• Review of plan documents for operational considerations of the various Schwab Retirement Plan Services departments
