Qualifications

• You have a background in product design and analytics and love design thinking.
• You can set up experiments and evaluate results end-to-end.
• You can write SQL and build dashboards from raw data.

Responsibilities

• Frame real user problems from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Design flows and screens that are usable and add measurable value.
• Run experiments, instrument tests, and report outcomes honestly.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams across growth initiatives.
• Lead with AI responsibly and push back on over-reliance on AI.
