The Retail & Small Business Conversion team is responsible for enabling the banks new SMB Digital Banking platform conversion. You will be part of an agile team that will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable conversion applications, ETL, and reporting processes with the best possible performance, and quality.

The successful candidates responsibilities will include working hands on with various bank systems and databases, to profile/segment data, produce data dictionaries, and data mapping documentation. They will work with the business to define system conversion ETL processes, and document low level technical requirements. As we progress through the SDLC, this role will be instrumental in reviewing the output of various ETL processes, testing and working with QA teams, and specifying/developing reports to verify ETL results.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Work with solution team owners and subject matter experts to develop and document business requirements, system use cases, functional, non-functional, and operational requirements
• Elicit and capture business and technical requirements in an Agile software development environment
• Facilitate discussions with team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories and assist with operational transition, training, knowledge transfer and SOP documentation
• Partner closely with our architecture and development teams, product managers, and manage work using Agile boards (JIRA)

The successful candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of recent experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or conversion analyst
• Experience writing SQL queries, profiling/analyzing data using SQL Developer or SQL Management Studio, designing ETL processes and reports
• Experience writing technical requirements for solutions using an agile software development process
• Ability to provide robust documentation and interacting with multi-disciplined teams, architects, infrastructure, software development, testing, operations, and support
• Prior experience with creation and execution of test plans, data mapping and transformation requirements documentation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; a team player who works well with functional and technical resources; aptitude for taking strategic direction from executive management and see tasks through to completion without significant guidance

Location: Remote, minimal travel optional (less than 10%)
