About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data initiatives for enterprise clients. This position demands strong technical expertise, client-facing communication, and team leadership skills. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end analytics projects, mentor team members, and deliver strategic data solutions to help organizations unlock the full value of their data ecosystems.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead data initiatives aligned with business goals and client outcomes.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a high-performance team culture.
- Promote collaboration between analytics, engineering, and business teams.
- Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary contact for client analytics projects.
- Define KPIs and metrics aligned with business strategy.
- Guide clients through complex organizational dynamics to achieve consensus.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through data services.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Manage analytics projects from discovery to deployment.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Establish best practices in data governance, quality, and management.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Technical Expertise & Innovation
- Architect data systems, including ETL pipelines and cloud-based solutions.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques including ML and statistical modeling.
- Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Stay current on data trends and share knowledge across the team.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of analytics experience in domains like sales, finance, or marketing.
- 5+ years of experience with data ecosystems, tools, and architecture.
- 4+ years in a client-facing consulting role.
- Proficiency in SQL and one analytics language (Python, R, MATLAB, or SPSS).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong communication skills and experience translating technical data to business insights.
- Experience managing data lifecycles including governance, ETL, and reporting.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Background in machine learning or AI analytics.
- Team management and mentorship experience.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance best practices.

Salary Ranges by Location
- Salt Lake City, UT: $83.70–$121.40/hr (remote within 50 miles)
- Atlanta, GA: $87.10–$126.30/hr (remote within 50 miles)
- Denver, CO: $87.10–$126.30/hr (hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)
- Chicago, IL: $107.30–$155.60/hr (hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)
- Boston, MA / Newburyport, MA: $107.30–$155.60/hr (hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)
- New York, NY (tri-state): $107.30–$155.60/hr (remote within 50 miles)
- San Diego or Los Angeles, CA: $107.30–$155.60/hr (remote within 50 miles)
