Travoom in Austin is seeking a Principal AI Search & Conversation Architect to design and lead the architecture of a next-generation conversational AI platform that replaces traditional search with intelligent dialogue.

You will orchestrate multiple LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, and external APIs into a seamless experience, delivering recommendations and transaction flow at global scale with low latency.

Qualifications

• Production-scale AI platforms experience.
• Leadership as Principal Engineer, Chief Architect, or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG, semantic search.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the AI orchestration layer for the conversational platform.
• Coordinate multiple LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, and APIs.
• Ensure scalable, low-latency, high-availability global system.
• Define technical vision, standards, and evaluate emerging AI tech.
