Legacy Mechanical Services, a Crete United Company, is seeking a Senior Controls Technician/Project Manager to lead field installation, system programming, and commissioning in the Kennesaw, GA area. The role covers the full lifecycle from estimating to managing Mechanical/Construction projects, with a focus on reliability and process discipline.

This position requires strong communication, scheduling, and contract-management skills across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Manage controls installation projects in a commercial environment.
• Develop project scope, coordinate resources, and drive schedules.
• Oversee job execution from kickoff through closeout.
• Ensure quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation across multi-site interfaces and contract management.
• PC skills with word processing, spreadsheets, MS Projects and presentations.
• Knowledge of estimating software a plus.
• Manage scheduling and forecasting of milestone billings.
