Role Description

The Controls Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This position oversees HVAC controls projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. The Controls Project Manager will monitor installation quality, support inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also includes tracking project progress, addressing logistical challenges, and implementing best practices for safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Project coordination abilities with skills in Project Management and Expediting.
• Experience managing material flow and scheduling using Expeditor and Logistics Management skills.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and site oversight through Inspection experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls, building automation, or mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools.
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
