Connectly Recruiting in the Atlanta area is seeking a skilled Controls Technician for a day shift (7:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri). You will design, assemble, program PLC panels, and commission automated equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting, motor wiring, sensor integration, and safety circuit work. Requires 6+ years experience and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience
• PLC programming with ability to interpret prints
• Comfortable wiring a machine from scratch
• Ability to identify data plate specs for components
• Familiarity with sensors and analog signaling (4-20mA, 0-10V)
• Safety circuit integration experience

Responsabilités

• Install and troubleshoot pneumatic controls from prints/schematics.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and PLC systems with computer.
• Install, program, or repair programmable controllers and robot controllers.
• Build and wire control panels; commission automated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to achieve targets.
