Job summary

KLA Industries is hiring a Controls Technician for daytime shift in the southwest suburban Atlanta area. The role involves building PLC panels, programming them, and getting automated equipment up and running.

You will configure, test, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot diverse control systems across production lines. Requirements include at least 6 years of related experience, PLC programming, ladder logic troubleshooting, and panel building, with electrical and robotic exposure.

Qualifications

• Some robotic experience preferred.
• Safety circuit integration.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot control systems and automation equipment.
• Assemble and wire PLC panels and related control hardware.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical subsystems as needed.
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs and robot controllers.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize output and reliability.
