Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controls Technician.
• Experience with BAS platforms: Tridium AX/N4, Distech, Siemens, Schneider Electric.
• Strong HVAC controls knowledge and low-voltage electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, troubleshoot, and repair building automation and control systems.
• Configure field devices, control panels, and network communication protocols, including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
• Perform functional testing, commissioning support, and system performance diagnostics.
• Review drawings, identify deficiencies, implement corrections, and manage change order documentation.
• Mentor junior technicians, coordinate subcontractors, and provide customer training and support.
