Qualifications

• Four+ years of Commercial Controls troubleshooting experience in HVAC.
• Vocational School graduate or an associate degree in a technical field.
• Experience installing/servicing electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrated effective communication and writing skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and servicing of building control systems.
• Provide high levels of on-site customer satisfaction through direct interaction.
• Mentor other technicians on building automation activities.
