Monzo is seeking a Senior Controls Product Manager to join our newly established Controls Product & Enablement team. This role sits at the heart of our risk framework, covering core lifecycles such as Issues, RCSAs, Controls, Policy and Reg Traceability.

You’ll prototype low-code tools, leverage AI models, and work with data pipelines to turn risk friction into seamless, automated self-service, collaborating across Technology, Data, Product and Risk & Compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior Controls Product Manager overseeing core risk lifecycles (Issues, RCSAs, Controls, Policy, Reg Traceability).
• Role sits at intersection of Product, Risk, Data and Engineering with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own product scope for core risk lifecycles and enablement within the Controls Product & Enablement team.
• Prototype low-code tools, leverage AI models, interrogate data pipelines, and architect automated workflows to reduce risk friction.
