Job summary

Monzo, a digital bank, is hiring for a Controls Product Lead to own the roadmap for internal risk products, shaping vision and backlog while prototyping automated workflows with low-code and AI.

You will work remotely in the US, collaborating across risk teams, driving adoption and enabling teams with practical risk and controls expertise.

We value hands-on builders proficient in SQL and Python, who are AI-curious and ready to accelerate risk automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on builder comfortable with SQL, Python, and workflow tools.
• AI-curious and practical, with experience in LLMs and automation.
• Strong understanding of risk and controls concepts.
