You will partner with executives to design and implement controls, leveraging automation, AI, and data analytics to build a proactive risk culture.

You will lead risk assessments, monitor KRIs/KPIs, and drive improvements through new technology while collaborating across teams to sustain strong controls and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in financial services with controls, audit, QA, or operational risk management.
• Risk Management & Controls independently applies practices in routine situations, voices concerns, escalates when needed.
• Change Management resources are used to minimize disruption and support stakeholders through changes.
• Influence others using facts and data, engage across the business, and escalate complex matters when necessary.
• Internal Stakeholder Management: build productive relationships and communicate proactively.
• Communication & Presentation Skills: create executive summaries and deliver clear messages.
• Teamwork: collaborate across functions and promote inclusivity.
• Knowledge Sharing & Lessons Learned: document insights and share learning across projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls across the business, identify gaps, and advise solutions.
• Design, set up, and monitor controls using automation, AI, and data analytics to build a proactive risk culture.
• Review and provide program data (KRI/KPI), use analytics and visualization tools, and create reports to support decisions.
• Take ownership of Risk & Control Self-Assessments by leading process walkthroughs and mapping exercises.
• Lead or support control program projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving improvements through new technology.
• Bring digital risk management, agile practices, and automation to keep the organization moving forward.
