Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond seeks a Controls - Lead System Specialist (LSS) to lead all phases of control-system projects in Atlanta, ensuring safe, cost-efficient delivery. You will plan, program, install, commission, and close out projects while managing labor, materials, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in building automation, Niagara/N4 certification, and strong communication and leadership skills. This role offers a path to lead complex, multi-site installations.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in building automation with leadership roles.
Knowledge of multiple control systems (Distech, Schneider).
Tridium Niagara N4 certification preferred.
High school diploma/GED; technical degree preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Act as on-site project leader for control systems projects.
Oversee hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and project closeout.
Manage project costs, labor, and materials; seek change orders.
Coordinate field devices and ensure safety and compliance.
Provide training and mentorship to technicians.
Maintain customer satisfaction and profitable results.
