Job summary

Vantage Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Project Integrator to join its growing controls and automation team in Redmond, WA. The role emphasizes hands-on technical work while providing project oversight and guidance to other engineers and integrators.

You will focus on PLC, HMI/SCADA, and industrial systems integration across the full project lifecycle, from design and programming through FAT and commissioning. Occasional travel may be required, and Ignition certification is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in controls and automation.
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial systems integration.
• Design and commissioning of electrical control circuits and schematics.
• Experience delivering FAT and site installations.
• Strong customer-facing and project oversight abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and program PLC logic using IEC-61131 languages.
• Design and program HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Create electrical control circuits and schematics.
• Oversee integration across serial and Ethernet protocols.
• Support FAT, commissioning, and field deployments.
• Provide technical oversight to smaller integration teams.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to deliver projects.
