Job summary

Körber Supply Chain is seeking a Controls Integration Manager to lead commissioning for material handling and parcel automation across multiple projects. You will guide a team of Controls Engineers, set testing standards, and ensure operational readiness through effective planning and risk management.

Responsibilities include staffing alignment, technical mentorship, and governance of safety and quality standards across projects, with on-site collaboration and customer-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field is required.
• 8+ years in industrial automation, controls, or material handling.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and commissioning resources.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site commissioning oversight.

Responsibilities

• Direct commissioning strategy and execution across multiple projects.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of Controls Engineers.
• Establish commissioning methodologies, testing standards, and validation processes.
• Align staffing and resources to meet objectives and commitments.
• Provide technical leadership for complex controls challenges.
• Review control system designs, PLC code, and HMI interfaces before deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Report status, risks, and schedule health to leadership; adjust as needed.
• Develop reusable architectures, tools, and standards for project execution.
