Job summary

You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, product-management and supplier teams, guiding controls engineers, supporting validation, and improving diagnostics and integration for high-growth markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, or Mechatronics.
• Experience in control systems and mechatronic product development.
• Proven track record from concept to prototype and validation.
• Strong PLC programming and controls logic development.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop controls architecture for mechatronic systems.
• Lead platform and device selection to meet requirements.
• Integrate electrical, mechanical, and controls components.
• Program PLCs using ABB Automation Builder, Allen-Bradley, CODESYS, Unitronics.
• Support validation planning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
